Update

A calm-ish start
After a really bustling fall and winter of 2025 I am happy to kick off the new year in a more relaxed manner. Still, there are a couple of highlights - like two introductory lectures at Konzerthaus Berlin! I'm really happy about the renewed invitation and the chance to prepare curious listeners for their concert experience in this grandiose hall with an energetic and substantial lecture.

Among the concert highlights are a stunning project with Gaechinger Cantorey dedicated to Saint Cecilia. We will be paying hommage to the patron saint of all musicians with a program that combines works by British composers and leads from baroque splendour to contemporary sensuousness. Also coming up is the 750. edition of the Noonsong - with Mozarts Vesperae solennes de Confessore accompanied by Lauttencompagney and as always in the prismatic interior of the church at Hohenzollernplatz in Berlin.
